This pillow cover featuring a typical African market scene embellished with wooden and glass Masaai beads takes the traditional art of batik to a contemporary level.

Kenyan batiks are made with paraffin wax and fabric dyes on 100% cotton.
The wild mix of color adds whimsy to the stylish black poly/cotton cover.
The wooden and glass beads in a variety of colors are hand sewn.

The bags are made of a durable cotton canvas,with a very cute pink with black and white cats' lining and have a magnetic snap. The cat in contrasting colors doubles as a roomy outside pocket.

This is part of my Kitties to go bag collection. I found these adorable velveteen kitties with bells and I knew they had to be integrated into bags. And now all that is left is finding them a new home! They are perfect for spring!
